Return Policy —

We offer returns within 30 days of the ship date. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is approved, we’ll send you our return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchange and Refunds —

Please get in contact for exchanges and returns. After the product is returned to us we will process a refund. We recommend placing a new order. 

When requesting a refund we will notify you when we've inspected your return. If the return is accepted we will automatically refund the value of the product/s to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damage or Quality Concerns —

Once you receive your products make sure to inspect all items and please write to us right away if there are any concerns, or we have sent the wrong product. 

Quality is undoubtably our number one priority. Given the limited nature of each product released, each item may have every so slight individual variations. Please write to us if there are any issues. 

Shipping Method and Cost —

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped. Orders placed on the weekend or during public holidays will be processed from next business day. Please allow extra time in periods with special events. We ship with Auspost.
